Mission Statement
The Garrett Hill Community Enhancement Trust is a non-profit charitable organization created to apply for, collect, direct and manage funding to improve the community areas, streetscape amenities and transit accessibility within the confines of the Garrett Hill Master Plan as accepted by the Radnor Township Board of Commissioners on July 21, 2008. Such improvements from both traditional and alternative funding sources are meant to lessen the financial burden on the local business, residential and governmental stakeholders and to stimulate the community development and physical improvement of a village center community district and other selected areas in Garrett Hill. The GHCET is for the betterment of the entire Garrett Hill community within Radnor Township.
